Safe Cosmetics Talk for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

What do cosmetics have to do with breast cancer? Only 11 percent of chemicals used in cosmetics, personal care products and baby toys in the U.S. have been assessed for their effects on human health and the environment. A growing body of scientific research suggest that exposure to toxic chemicals is contributing to high rates of breast cancer and other cancers, reproductive harm and other health problems.
