PFAS-Free Beauty Act bans PFAS Chemicals in Cosmetics

The PFAS-Free Beauty Act of 2022 bans toxic PFAS chemicals (also known as Forever Chemicals) from cosmetics sold in California. The Campaign for Safe Cosmetics co-sponsored this bill authored by California Assemblymember Laura Friedman and signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom.
